INSPIRATION

Dynamique captures this precise moment when several forces intertwine without ever merging. Three loops intertwine, intersect, and reciprocate in a continuous movement — like several beings carried by the same energy, inseparable yet distinct, each maintaining its own trajectory at the heart of a single collective momentum.

This work speaks of the movement that arises from meeting others: what we become when we accept to turn around and touch others, to get involved in them, to get wrapped up in them without getting lost. Nothing is fixed here — each curve calls for the next one, each intersection triggers the gesture, in a three-act loop that never seems to really stop. It is an image of what circulates within a group, a family, a trio of friends: a living tension that never resolves itself, and that is precisely what makes it fertile.

The small spheres – which can also be interpreted as heads – that punctuate the piece act as points of contact, moments of encounter where the three trajectories touch each other before each one sets off on its own momentum. They remind us that even in the most continuous movement, there are suspended moments – those moments when we truly find ourselves together, before resuming our race.

Dynamique extends a central question of my work: how can several entities link together without ever immobilizing each other? It answers with circulation, with that energy that never ceases to regenerate as long as it continues to rotate in three.

Created in solid bronze using the traditional lost-wax technique, La Dynamique reveals the natural golden hue of the raw bronze, which is refined after casting to make the piece look pristine. Created by Liselotte Andersen, a sculptor based in Aix-en-Provence, this work appeals to collectors who appreciate forms in motion and living relationships.
