INSPIRATION

Over the Moon is a sculpture in solid bronze which occupies an essential place in my work. This work is emblematic of my research into the the link, the impetus and the circulation of energy between two beings, She embodies a relationship that is both intimate and universal, marked by gentleness, tension and elevation.

The two figures, deliberately slender and stylised, stand close together, almost in suspension. Their bodies seem to attract, brush against and respond to each other in a continuous upward movement, As if carried by a common inner force. This extreme verticality accentuates the feeling of elevation, giving the sculpture a presence that is both powerful and ethereal.

Part of a abstract figurative sculpture, The work suggests the human body without describing it, leaving room for emotion and interpretation. The fluid shapes, the taut curves and the full and uncluttered lines convey the human body in a way that is both expressive and expressive. energy flow between the two figures, striking a subtle balance between proximity and autonomy.

The surface of the bronze lively, organic texture, It captures the light and reveals changing shades of gold, reinforcing the vibrancy of the work. Created using the lost wax, Each sculpture is unique, bearing the memory of the gesture and the material.

Presented on its base, Over the Moon dialogues intensely with space. It is equally at home in a contemporary interior, an exhibition space or an architectural environment, where it becomes a place to breathe and contemplate.

A highly prized work by collectors, Over the Moon celebrates love, complicity and the shared impulse - that suspended moment when two beings rise together, beyond reality.
